The Morgan County Charter Schools app - The same district app now offers class streams, class announcements, and parent-teacher chat. Look for your personalized invitation to begin using this feature in our app around 2:00pm.

2nd grade students used VR goggles to explore in & around a garden pond to view the stages of a frog’s life cycle. They looked at captions, illustrations, & read text in non-fiction books about plant & animal life cycles. Students also completed a Peep Nest STEM challenge & built creatively with Duplo Legos.
Los estudiantes de segundo grado usaron gafas de realidad virtual para explorar dentro y alrededor de un estanque de jardín para ver las etapas del ciclo de vida de una rana. Miraron leyendas, ilustraciones y leyeron textos en libros de no ficción sobre los ciclos de vida de plantas y animales. Los estudiantes también completaron un desafío STEM de Peep Nest y construyeron creativamente con Duplo Legos.

Students are creating digital drawings in Communications for a PBL (Project Based Learning) unit on Healthy Foods.

Parents and family members are invited to come to the Morgan County Cultural Center on April 30th from 4:00 - 7:30 to view the selected Artwork of students from all four Morgan County Charter Schools. We look forward to seeing you there supporting our Arts department. 🖼️🖌️🎨

First grade students had an "egg-cellent" time in the library last week! They used VR goggles to explore various weather types, used non-standard tools for measurement to determine the length of eggs, designed shapes with pattern blocks, & created Easter baskets using LEGO Duplos.
¡Los estudiantes de primer grado se lo pasaron genial en la biblioteca la semana pasada! Usaron gafas de realidad virtual para explorar varios tipos de clima, usaron herramientas de medición no estándar para determinar la longitud de los huevos, diseñaron formas con bloques de patrones y crearon canastas de Pascua usando LEGO Duplos.
