We are so proud of our Bulldogs who have earned the AP Scholar with Distinction award—granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. 🐾✨

🚨 NEED TO KNOW: Transportation Changes for 2025-2026! 🚨
Morgan County Charter Schools has updated how transportation changes are handled.
✅ All changes MUST be submitted through the Parent Portal in Infinite Campus—no emails, phone calls, or written notes will be accepted.
⚠️ Important: Primary School will not accept transportation changes until Wednesday, August 13th.
As we kick off a new school year, please remember to be patient and kind in the car rider line!

As we begin another strong year at Morgan County High School, we’re asking all car rider families to help us keep our campus safe and traffic flowing by following the designated drop-off and pick-up traffic pattern.
📍 Please review the MCHS car rider map before the first day and make note of all traffic flow signs and staff directions. Sticking to the proper route helps prevent congestion, ensures student safety, and keeps things running smoothly for everyone.
💡 Helpful Reminders:
✔️ Follow the car rider traffic pattern at all times
✔️ Be prepared—have your student ready to exit the vehicle quickly
✔️ Only use designated areas for drop-off and pick-up
✔️ Be extra patient during the first few weeks of school
✔️ Follow all posted signs and staff directions

Heads Up, Drivers! 📢
Ready to secure a parking spot for the school year? Sales begin Monday, July 28th, from 8:30am to 2:30pm.
When you come to purchase, please have these items ready:
- Your completed and signed forms: Parking Pass Rules, Parking Pass Application, and Drug Testing Consent form
- A valid driver's license
- Your insurance card
- The $60 permit fee
Quick Note: If you have any outstanding fines or fees, please take care of those first, as they'll need to be paid before you can get your permit.
You can pay with cash, check, or credit card right in the front office.
📢 Chromebook Distribution Alert! 📢
Get ready for the new school year! MCHS Chromebooks will be available for pickup on:
🗓️ July 28, 29, or 30
⏰ 8:30am - 11:30am or 12:30pm - 2:30pm
📍 High School Media Center
Can't make it? No worries – Chromebooks will also be handed out to the remaining students the first few days of school.
NEW for 2025- Chromebook contracts are now a part of Infinite Campus and must be completed by a parent/guardian prior to receiving a device.
