Morgan County Charter Schools will be closed for Christmas Break from Monday, December 23rd through Friday, January 3rd. Students will return to school, Tuesday, January 7th.

MCMS Builder’s Club members volunteered their time on Wednesday afternoon to visit with the residents of Madison Nursing and Rehabilitation! They gave the seniors Christmas cards, sang Christmas carols, and helped several residents make Christmas ornaments! Thank you, Madison Nursing and Rehab, for allowing the Builder‘s Club to spend time with the residents and help to spread Christmas cheer!



Here we go!! Another fun, festive, and educational week in the messy middle!!


Back in full swing after Thanksgiving Break. Busy week, but no better place to spend it than MCMS. We cannot wait to see everyone back in the building!!

Please join us in celebrating our Veterans and these VFW Patriot's Pen Award Winners.
This VFW-sponsored youth essay competition gives students and teachers an opportunity to write essays expressing their views on an annual patriotic theme.

3rd Place: Anna Cousins - $ $75.
4th Place: Jenna Kalland - $50.

These exceptional students will be paired with a mentor and an academic coach throughout their high school journey. Upon graduation, eligible REACH Scholars will receive a financial scholarship to support their postsecondary education.
REACH Georgia is a needs-based mentoring and scholarship program designed to empower students with the tools and support needed to graduate high school and achieve success in higher education.
