Today, we celebrate the creativity, growth, and limitless potential of our students at Crossroads School through Art for Life.
This meaningful program is a reflection of whatās possible when a community comes together to invest in its students. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of the Madison Artists Guild and the strong partnership with our Morgan County Alternative Education Program. Because of this collaboration, our students are given opportunities to grow, create, and discover their potential in new and powerful ways.
Art for Life is more than an arts program; it is an experience that helps our students build confidence, develop life skills, and find their voice. Through the dedication of outstanding educators, Elizabeth Collins Hanes and Angelina Bellebuono, our students are encouraged, challenged, and inspired to see what they are capable of achieving.
Todayās unveiling of student-created street art is a proud moment for Morgan County Charter Schools. Each piece represents creativity, resilience, and personal growth. These works are more than art. They are a reflection of our studentsā journeys and the bright futures ahead of them.
At Morgan County Charter Schools, we believe in every studentās potential, and today is a powerful reminder that when given the opportunity and support, our students can create something truly remarkable.
Our school nurses are there for it all: the tears, the tummy aches, the emergencies, and the everyday moments when a child just needs someone to care. They provide comfort when students feel their worst and reassurance when they need it most.
They are calm in the chaos, steady in a crisis, and compassionate in every situation. From managing medications and chronic health needs to responding quickly in emergencies, their knowledge and dedication help keep our schools safe, healthy, and ready for learning.
We are thankful for our wonderful school nurses and the difference they make each and every day. š

Morgan County Charter Schools will be offering Driverās Education this summer.

Today we recognize the incredible individuals who keep our cafeterias running and our students ready to learn. From early mornings to lunchtime rushes, our nutrition staff work hard to make sure every student is served a healthy, nutritious meal.
Their work matters more than most people realize. A good meal fuels focus, supports growth, and helps set students up for success in the classroom. Just as important, they create welcoming spaces where students feel cared for and seen.
We are truly grateful for all they do. Our lunchroom teams are a valued part of our schools, and today we celebrate them!
