Madison, GA —  Morgan County Charter Schools is pleased to announce the appointment of Chante Harrell as Assistant Principal of Morgan County Middle School. Harrell is a well-known face in the district, bringing extensive instructional experience along with advanced academic credentials and a deep personal commitment to the success of students and families in Morgan County.

Harrell most recently served in leadership and instructional roles at Morgan County High School, where she served as Math Department Chair and Enhanced Algebra instructor. She has led collaborative efforts to strengthen instructional practices, improve student outcomes, and expand academic opportunities through courses such as AP Precalculus and Enhanced Algebra for middle grades students.

Harrell holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Valdosta State University. She also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching in Secondary Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia College and State University.

Throughout her career, Harrell has consistently emphasized a student-centered philosophy.  She has had the opportunity to use her training and talents to encourage and support students and individuals in the community. She focuses each day on providing the very best educational environment for every student who walks through the doors of her building. Dr. Harrell also recognizes that educators have both a great responsibility and a great opportunity to influence students in unique and meaningful ways.
