Madison, GA ā Morgan County Charter Schools is pleased to announce Noah Harrell as the new Principal of Morgan County High School.
Currently serving as Assistant Principal at MCHS, Harrell has established strong connections with students, staff, and families through his leadership, visibility, and dedication to the school community. His appointment reflects the districtās confidence in a leader who understands the culture, traditions, and high expectations that make Morgan County High School exceptional.
Known for his approachable leadership style and dedication to student success, Harrell brings extensive experience in academics, athletics, school safety, discipline, and instructional leadership to the role.

Prior to his role at Morgan County High School, Harrell served as Assistant Principal at Locust Grove High School, where he gained valuable experience overseeing academics, discipline, safety, MTSS, athletics, and student services. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on building strong relationships and creating positive learning environments where both students and staff can thrive.
Harrell earned his Masterās degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia College & State University and is currently completing his Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science Education from the University of Georgia.
