Psychological Services
One full-time school psychologist and two contract school psychologists serve the students in the Morgan County Charter School System. Our school psychologists are highly trained in assessment and provide services to help prevent or address a variety of learning and social-emotional concerns. School psychologists consult with teachers, parents, and Student Support/Response to Intervention Teams to develop interventions, as well as to connect students with school-level and community resources. Comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, which may include standardized intelligence/aptitude, achievement, social/emotional, and other instruments, are conducted as needed in order to help support students and to determine need for special education services.
