Absence Management (AESOP)
Morgan County Charter School System (MCCSS) utilizes AESOP, an automated substitute and absence management system, to streamline the process of finding and managing substitute jobs in the district. The Aesop service is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be accessed via internet and phone.
New employees will receive a Welcome Letter with new account Login and Pin via email within the first week of Board approval. Employees are responsible for entering time off (e.g. personal, sick, vacation) in AESOP in a timely manner. Visit the AESOP employee center for creating absences and managing sub lists in the system.
New substitutes with MCCSS will receive a Welcome Letter with your new account Login and Pin via email or regular mail. *Please note that all active substitutes will need to ensure that they have updated contact information on file with HR, to include a valid phone number and email address.
