The Basics...
* Plan in advance....pick your days
based on the calendar and e-mail your plans to Mrs. Adams
* Remember no classes should be sent with a substitute
teacher!
* Remember to have students enter and work quietly!
* Remember only a maximum of four students at a time to the
library with a signed PASS.

Bringing your class(es) to the Media Center:
The Media Specialist would like to plan collaboratively with you
before you bring your class(es) to the Media Center.
The Media Specialist can help you with everything from providing
resources to assisting you in teaching and evaluating your students.
Please notify the Media Specialist at least 2 days in advance that
you would like to bring your classes, and you may communicate your
needs at this time by filling out the form below, or by e-mailing
the Media Specialist to set up a time to come in and talk about what
you would like to accomplish in your visit(s) to the Media Center.

The calendar will let you see what time slots are available for you
to schedule.
Students should be instructed on proper Library Media Center
behavior and etiquette before your visit: please emphasize that
students should enter and work quietly.
Students should be monitored and have a product to turn in at the
end of each scheduled time in the Media Center to ensure proper use
of time.
Classes may not come to the Media Center with a substitute teacher.
Classes are not officially scheduled until a planning form is on
file in the Media Center or you have spoken with the Media
Specialist in person.
Sending Students individually:
You may send from one to a maximum of four students from your class,
provided
that they have an assignment to work on from your class. |
